It’s what you do with a media format, rather than the existence of the format itself, that matters in the end. For this reason, Sharethrough is hosting the Native Creatives again this year, an awards program recognizing innovation and creativity in native advertising.
The great thing about creativity is that it cannot be contained. While as an industry we have tried to put a tidy definition on native ads, last year’s award winners showed off how successful native ad collaborations between publishers and brands defy any single definition. They’re great in their own way.
Empowering publishers to control their own destiny is central to Sharethrough’s mission, freeing them up to create content that moves humanity forward. The Native Creatives helps us deliver on this mission by highlighting creative genius within native advertising, inspiring brands and publishers to set upon even more ambitious new collaborations in the future.
Further, to give each winner their proper spotlight this year we will be presenting the awards on the main stage of NATIVE 2016, in front of over 700 attendees from industry leading companies.

Submissions will stay open through May 31st before voting starts. Each category will have two winners: People’s Choice and Judges Selection.
