Announcing The Winners Of The 2016 Native Creatives Awards

on NATIVE 2016

Your votes have been counted and the judges have made their picks, which means it’s time to announce the winners of the 2016 Native Creatives. Winners will be honored on-stage next week at Sharethrough’s NATIVE 2016 Summit in San Francisco in front of over 800 of their industry peers (and online for eternity).

Before we announce the winners, it’s worth noting we were truly blown away by the amount of energy and enthusiasm this program generated, which is now in its second year. We received hundreds of entries from the best brands and media companies in the world, which we had to painstakingly narrow down to 35 finalists (get ‘em next year!). Those finalists then received over five thousand votes in our People’s Choice Awards. Our eight-person judging panel, which included an all-star list of leading marketing minds, agency CEOs, academics and journalists (a full list can be found here), then voted to round out the Judge’s Selections.

We received hundreds of entries from the best brands and media companies in the world, which we had to narrow down to 35 finalists. Those finalists then received over five thousand votes for our People’s Choice Awards and our Judge's Selections were decided on by an all-star eight-person panel.

Our 2016 finalists all cleared an impressively high bar for quality. They displayed a sense of variety and innovation that defied easy categorization, pushing media and advertising forwards and giving us a glimpse into the future of media.

Our goal for The Native Creatives is to recognize innovation and creativity in native advertising and we feel strongly this program delivered on that promise.

Further, these awards help Sharethrough in our mission to help publishers control their own destiny so they can create content that moves humanity forwards.

Congratulations to all of this year’s winners!
